How We Use Your Information
On-Device Processing
Most of your data is processed entirely on your device and never leaves your phone:
- Medication schedules and reminders
- Calendar and schedule management
- Mood tracking and patterns
- Local notifications
Cloud Services (Optional)
If you choose to enable cloud sync:
- Account sync: Your data is encrypted and stored with strict access controls
- Olive AI: Messages sent to our AI are processed securely. We do not train on or store your conversations.
- Partner Mode: Shared information is transmitted securely between connected accounts
Data Security
- All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data
- Regular security audits and assessments
- No third-party tracking or advertising SDKs
Your Rights
- Access: View all your data within the app
- Export: Export your data anytime (Settings → Privacy → Export)
- Delete: Delete your account and all data
- Opt-out: Disable analytics, cloud sync, or Partner Mode at any time
