How We Use Your Information

On-Device Processing

Most of your data is processed entirely on your device and never leaves your phone:

  • Medication schedules and reminders
  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Mood tracking and patterns
  • Local notifications

Cloud Services (Optional)

If you choose to enable cloud sync:

  • Account sync: Your data is encrypted and stored with strict access controls
  • Olive AI: Messages sent to our AI are processed securely. We do not train on or store your conversations.
  • Partner Mode: Shared information is transmitted securely between connected accounts

Data Security

  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data
  • Regular security audits and assessments
  • No third-party tracking or advertising SDKs

Your Rights

  • Access: View all your data within the app
  • Export: Export your data anytime (Settings → Privacy → Export)
  • Delete: Delete your account and all data
  • Opt-out: Disable analytics, cloud sync, or Partner Mode at any time
