User Responsibilities

By using Olive, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions

Subscriptions

Free Tier

• Core medication tracking
• Basic reminders
• Limited Olive AI messages per day

Premium Plans

Premium features and pricing will be announced at launch. Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Intellectual Property

Olive, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Olive Health. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to:

• Missed medications or reminders
• Errors in data entry or display
• Service interruptions
• Decisions made based on information from Olive

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Olive after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
